| What: |
Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and the Regional Offices of Teach For America are hosting a one week long "End the Inequity in Education" Alternative Break Project. |
| Who: |
Ten (10) - fifteen (15) Brothers per location who want to make an impact in the local area. |
| Why: |
To show that we can close the gap on educational inequities in public education through living the ideals of our Brotherhood. |
| When: |
May 13-20, 2012 |
| How: |
Efforts include, but are not limited to: constructing a mural at SPARK or building an outdoor theatre at KIPP Spirit, classroom organization, maintenance, shadowing Teach For America corps members, and of course a chance to visit the local area. |
Interested Brothers should submit applications (either online below or via mail), along with their deposit to the National Office of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity by March 1, 2012.
