Strong Collegiate Chapters are, in part, the result of many different people serving in many different roles. Each role has its focus and
contributes an essential element to the chapter. Each role has its specific guidelines; guidelines designed to ensure that the roles complement,
not compete, with each other. The roles include:
- Active Brother
- Alumni Advisor
- Chapter Officers
- Chapter Committees
- Faculty Advisor
When the above roles are understood and the people in those roles focus on excelling in those roles, you end up with the foundation for a strong
chapter. Additionally, the chapter itself has collective responsibilities. These responsibilities are centered on the Tripod and solid
recruitment and operations. When the individual roles are sound and the Collegiate Chapter is focusing its energies properly the result can be
amazing!
