2009 National Convention...

Attending the premier national event will give you an experience that will carry forward for years to come. You will have the opportunity to;

  • Meet the National Council members (board of directors),
  • Ask other chapters in your region how they do...anything and everything,
  • Visit a city you may otherwise not, and
  • Attend the annual awards banquet.

The 2009 National Convention will be hosted in energizing and beautiful Louisville, Ky - home to the Kentucky Derby and the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory.

'09 Convention attendees will be the first in the Brotherhood to hear the 2010 Alternative Break Project location. This service event is scheduled for January 2010.

  • Full Registration: Morning of August  6- 9, 2009 (This package includes Grand Chapter Business. One delegate from each chapter is required to attend via the Full Registration Package).

National Alumni Association Delegate/Election Voting

National Alumni Association (NAA) Members now have the opportunity to share their experience and knowledge with the Grand Chapter and to guide policy during the 2009 Grand Chapter Business Meeting. This will happen through the nomination/ election of four NAA alumni representatives (two delegates and two alternates) who will be present during the business sessions.

NAA Delegate Nomination/Election Process:

    • May 1 - Current NAA members nomination (self-nominations are accepted) period opens 
    • May 16 - NAA nomination period closes
    • May 17 - NAA election period opens at 5:00pm EST
    • June 1 - Voting (NAA delegate selection) period ends at 11:59pm
    • June 2 - Elected delegates/ alternate delegates announced

Alumni Brothers are automatically enrolled into the National Alumni Association as a result of their gift made to the Phi Sigma Pi Foundation. Make sure you are eligible today by renewing or becoming a NAA Member.
