Phi Sigma Pi is a fraternity of Brothers who treat each other with dignity and respect.  There is no place for hazing in our organization, or any organization, and when an incident of hazing is reported, we take it very seriously.

If you are aware of hazing being conducted by Brothers of Phi Sigma Pi to anyone, you can help the National Office by reporting it using the form below.  Hazing comes in many forms.  If you witness activity like any of the below, please don't hesitate to report it to us:

• Any action that causes embarrassment, harrassment, or ridicule
• Any action that risks emotional or physical harm

If you are unsure of whether what you're witnessing is hazing, report it anyway.
