These Brothers will recieve a certificate acknowledging their completion of the program and Leadership in Action lapel pin, as well as National Recognition. Additionally, these Brothers can use LIA after their Chapter and roll number to recognize their accomplishment.

Leadership Advancement Society

Brothers who attain 10 or more points per academic year post-certification become a member of the Leadership Advancement Society. The Leadership Advancement Society members represent a distinguished group of Brothers and leaders committed to life-long learning and continued improvement.
