"What’s really in it for me?" you might be asking. Well... outside of the tangible rewards of a completion certificate, recognition pin and acknowledgement in national publications and at national events, your certification will give you an edge on managing your success as a leader. We won’t pretend that this gives you a designation (though we hope to in the future), but it does allow you to tout that you have completed a certification program on your resume to show potential employers the leadership skills that you’ve gained through Phi Sigma Pi.
