Service Partners
Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership
Since 2015, Phi Sigma Pi has proudly supported Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) as our National Philanthropy. HOBY empowers high school students to become effective, ethical leaders through immersive leadership seminars and service experiences.
Members can get involved by volunteering at local HOBY seminars, serving as facilitators or alumni volunteers, promoting student participation in their communities, and fundraising to support HOBY programming. By supporting HOBY, Members directly invest in developing the next generation of leaders and extend our commitment to Scholarship, Leadership, and Fellowship beyond the collegiate experience.

Extra Life
Extra Life unites all types of gamers to raise funds for local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, helping provide critical treatments, research, and patient care. Through gaming marathons and livestream events, participants turn their passion for play into real world impact.
Members can participate by registering for Extra Life, hosting chapter gaming events, livestreaming individually or as a team, and encouraging friends and family to donate. Chapters can also collaborate on campus wide tournaments to maximize their impact. Every dollar raised supports children and families in need while strengthening chapter fellowship.

Gift of Life
Gift of Life Marrow Registry works to cure blood cancer and other blood disorders by facilitating bone marrow and stem cell transplants. By recruiting donors and raising awareness about the lifesaving power of marrow donation, Gift of Life provides patients with hope for a second chance at life.
Through our partnership, Phi Sigma Pi has already facilitated over 100 matches. Members can host donor recruitment drives on campus, educate their communities about the importance of joining the registry, and even register as potential donors themselves. Through advocacy and action, Members help expand the registry and increase the likelihood that patients find a life saving match.

Learn to Be
Learn To Be provides free, one on one online tutoring to underserved students nationwide, helping close opportunity gaps and build academic confidence.
Members can volunteer as virtual tutors, promote the program within their chapters, or organize service hours dedicated to tutoring sessions. With flexible scheduling and remote access, Members can make a meaningful difference from anywhere while living out the value of Scholarship through service.
