Phi Sigma Pi is here for you at every step of your journey, from your first day as a Member through life after graduation. As you reach this milestone, your connection to the Fraternity continues to grow in new ways. Here are ways to stay connected with Phi Sigma Pi after graduation.
Join an Alumni Organization (or two)
One of the easiest ways to stay involved after graduation is to join the National Alumni Association (NAA). The NAA helps Alumni stay connected through networking, service opportunities, and events throughout the year.
Learn more about joining the NAA here. NAA Members can also get involved with a local Alumni Chapter or Alumni Organization, or even start a new one in their area.
Become a Chapter Consultant
Chapter Consultants support Collegiate Chapters by working closely with Chapter Leaders to strengthen recruitment, retention, and overall chapter success. They serve as a consistent link between chapters and the National Office.
This position offers a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain professional experience while staying involved with Phi Sigma Pi.
Volunteer with Phi Sigma Pi
Give back to Phi Sigma Pi by volunteering! Alumni play an important role in supporting the Fraternity through national committees, programs, and Collegiate Chapter initiatives, including recruitment support and leadership development.

Complete the Executive Leadership Program
As a new alum, you can continue building on the leadership skills you developed during your time in Phi Sigma Pi through the Executive Leadership Program (ELP). This self-paced experience is built around the Fraternity’s 17 Characteristics of an Excellent Leader and helps you strengthen your personal and professional growth.
