The Chapter Excellence Board supports the work of the National Office’s Chapter Services team by providing guidance from experienced and dedicated Alumni Members. CEB volunteers serve as educators, coaches, and mentors who help Collegiate Chapters build strong and effective operations. Advisor responsibilities are based on the Chapter Standards of Excellence and focus on helping Chapters meet and exceed those expectations.

The National Development Committee brings together Members who are passionate about shaping the future of Phi Sigma Pi. Led by the National President, this committee includes Members in good standing who are invited to participate. Volunteers work alongside National Officers on research and projects that support the growth and long-term success of the Fraternity.

The Constitution & Chapter Standards Committee is led by the National Senior Vice President and focuses on strengthening the Fraternity’s governing documents. Members of this committee review proposed amendments to the National Constitution, ensure consistency in language and formatting, and suggest revisions when needed. The committee also works to educate Chapters on Parliamentary Procedure and how to navigate and understand Phi Sigma Pi’s governing documents.

Chaired by the National Secretary, the Awards, Scholarship & Emblem Committee includes at least one Collegiate Member and one National Officer. This committee helps recognize excellence across the Fraternity by reviewing Chapter scores for National Awards, recommending Distinguished Service Key recipients and National Honorary Members, and suggesting updates to official emblems, jewelry, insignia, and songs when needed.
