Meet the Chapter Success Team

February 18, 2026

As Phi Sigma Pi continues to expand and strengthen support for Chapters, the Chapter Success Team plays a key role in building relationships, supporting student leaders, and creating meaningful Member experiences. Meet the team that will support you in Spring 2026!

Mary Kate Lobough, Director of Chapter Success

Mary Kate brings extensive experience in fraternity and sorority life, chapter services, and student development to her role as Director of Chapter Success. A Member of Tri Sigma Sorority, her professional background includes work in housing, fraternity and sorority advising, and chapter services, as well as training and supervising Chapter Consultants.

She describes the purpose of the Chapter Success Team as helping Chapters build strong, healthy, and engaged membership experiences, with a focus on recruitment, retention, and Member engagement. “Through coaching, on-site support, and collaboration across the National Staff, the Chapter Success Team works alongside chapter leaders to strengthen chapter operations and grow membership in a sustainable way.”

Mary Kate is especially passionate about mentorship and the role it plays in helping Members grow as leaders and build authentic connections. “Mentorship happens through shared experiences, peer support, and learning from one another at every stage,” she says.

Mary Kate recently returned to the Chicago area and enjoys staying involved in the fraternal world through her Tri Sigma Alumnae Chapter and reconnecting with family and friends.

Victoria Moore, Chapter Consultant

Victoria is excited to build strong, meaningful relationships with the Chapters she supports. In her role as a Chapter Consultant, she looks forward to working with Chapters both in person and remotely, allowing her to offer hands-on guidance while remaining a consistent resource throughout the year. “I’m looking forward to continuing to build meaningful relationships with our Chapters,” Victoria says. “I’m excited to see which Chapters I’ll be working with this spring and how I can best support them in reaching their goals.”

Victoria hopes Chapters leave every interaction feeling supported, empowered, and confident in their leadership, sharing “My goal is for each interaction to be an opportunity for Chapters to learn, grow, and strengthen their operations, recruitment, retention, and overall Member engagement.”

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys daily walks in the Florida sunshine, spending time with her two dogs, exploring new places with her husband, and unwinding with a good TV show.

Renee Connelly, Chapter Consultant

Renee is eager to begin building connections with the Chapters she will support this spring. She is especially looking forward to meeting new students and helping them strengthen their Chapters through recruitment and growth. “I am looking forward to meeting new students, supporting them with their recruitment process, helping them grow their Chapters, and ultimately leaving a meaningful, lasting impact on campus,” Renee shares.

Renee hopes Chapters walk away from every interaction with the Chapter Success Team feeling comfortable reaching out and utilizing available resources. “I hope Chapters learn that it’s okay to ask for help. Please utilize the Success Team and resources, we are here to help you. Schedule meetings with us, plan in-person visits, and let’s go through some training to make the most of your experience with Phi Sigma Pi,” she says. For Renee, partnership and proactive communication are key to success.

As Chapters begin working with her, Renee wants them to know that she values open communication above all else. “I want officers and Members to know that I value open communication. Ask me anything. The more questions you ask, the more I can learn about your needs and support you in the best way possible.”

Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time with her kids, listening to podcasts, and traveling.

With a renewed focus on Chapter support and sustainable growth, the Chapter Success Team is excited to work alongside Chapters as Phi Sigma Pi continues to grow and evolve. Find out who your designated team Member is by checking out phisigmapi.org/regions.
