National Staff

Provides leadership in developing program, organizational and financial plans with the National Council and National Staff and carries out plans and policies authorized by the Board.
Establishes and preserves a climate that attracts, keeps, and motivates a diverse staff of top-quality people, and serves on the Board of Directors’ Personnel Committee.
Responsible for a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in higher education.
Maintains official records and ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Ensures risk management compliance.
Serves as the Executive Director of the Phi Sigma Pi Foundation.

Create, manage, and effectively implement all aspects of the Fraternity’s Leadership Program.
Oversees the individual membership program.
Manages the Administrative Assistant.

Develops and leads a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with Phi Sigma Pi’s brand, mission, and voice.
Manages digital-first content creation and distribution, including newsletters, blog posts, video scripts, web copy, email series, and social media campaigns.
Directs annual recruitment and engagement campaigns with a focus on compelling and authentic digital storytelling.
Maintains and enhances website content to ensure accessibility, usability, and relevance for all audiences.

Identifies and pursues opportunities to establish new Chapters at colleges and universities nationwide and leads reactivation efforts.
Develops and delivers training programs for new Chapter leaders and members, providing ongoing coaching.
Collaborates with National Staff and Alumni Volunteers to advance expansion and reactivation initiatives

Leads the Fraternity’s membership strategy by guiding recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts, managing key metrics, and ensuring chapters receive the resources, training, and cross-departmental support they need.
Oversees, trains, and coaches the Chapter Success team to strengthen chapter health and help Collegiate Chapters meet membership goals set by the National Council.
Serves as the organization’s recruitment and retention expert and provides on-site support to Collegiate Chapters during important recruitment activities.

Plan and coordinate risk reduction initiatives, in-person events, and member engagement programming that support chapter operations and Alumni involvement.
Strengthen partner relations and develop community platforms that connect Student Members, Alumni, and key stakeholders.
Ensure effective planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and events that promote safe, inclusive, and values-driven experiences aligned with the organization’s mission.

Leads and executes social media strategy and content cultivation.
Research Chapter and Member recognition opportunities.
Ensure overall consistent branding and visual integrity for the Fraternity and Foundation.

Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to Collegiate Chapters to strengthen operations, recruitment, retention, and member engagement.
Serve as the National Office’s representative to Chapters, ensuring proactive assistance and alignment with Fraternity mission and policies.
Collaborate with Chapter leaders to identify needs, implement effective strategies, and enhance the overall member experience.
