Phi Sigma Pi Foundation Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is an elected board made up of volunteer Members. They are the primary administrative arm of the Foundation.
President – Hillary Gelfand (Alpha Theta Chapter ‘07)
- Chief Executive Officer of the corporation.
- Provides regular updates to the Members of the Foundation regarding activities.
- Presides at meetings of the Board and the Annual Membership Meeting.
Secretary – Colleen Donathan Arnett (Beta Omicron Chapter ’97)
- Distributes notices and agendas of all regular special meetings of the Board and Members.
- Records and submits minutes of all regular and special meetings of the Board and Members.
Director – Sarah Cantwell (Beta Sigma Chapter ’01)
- Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity’s Vice President of Finance serves as an ex officio Director.
Director – Lisa Howard (Delta Xi Chapter ‘00)
- Attends Board of Directors meetings and Annual Membership Meeting.
- Make up-front personal gifts to the Foundation.
- Assist in all direct fundraising and recruitment events.
- Shall raise funds for Phi Sigma Pi and its endeavors
Director – Josh Marder (Alpha Rho Chapter ‘93)
- Attends Board of Directors meetings and Annual Membership Meeting.
- Make up-front personal gifts to the Foundation.
- Assist in all direct fundraising and recruitment events.
- Shall raise funds for Phi Sigma Pi and its endeavors.
Director – Natalie Mikkelson (Gamma Epsilon Chapter ‘02)
- Attends Board of Directors meetings and Annual Membership Meeting.
- Make up-front personal gifts to the Foundation.
- Assist in all direct fundraising and recruitment events.
- Shall raise funds for Phi Sigma Pi and its endeavors.
