Want to make real friends, step up as a leader, and stay motivated in your classes? I’d love for you to check out Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity – Eta Xi Chapter at UNC Charlotte. My name is Lexue Zhao, and I’m the current President. I’m a senior double majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics. We’re Recruiting new Members for Fall 2025, and we want to invite you to see what we’re all about.

When I joined Phi Sigma Pi as a freshman in Spring 2023, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. But it quickly became one of the best parts of my college life. I’ve gone from being a brand-new Member to serving as Leadership Committee Chair, Treasurer, and now Chapter President.

The leadership experience, support, and encouragement I’ve gotten here have opened huge doors for me—including landing two internship offers. But beyond that, I’ve found some of my closest friends—the kind of people who cheer you on, challenge you, and make campus life a lot more fun.
